This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and OCBachelors.com.

Please read the Agreement carefully before registering with OCBachelors.com. By registering, you become a member of OCBachelors.com, and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms DO NOT REGISTER.

The Terms of Service are subject to change at any time without prior written notice.

By registering, you hereby certify that you are an adult of at least 18 years of age and that you have provided OCBachelors.com with your true and positive identity, address, e-mail address and phone number. Failure to provide OCBachelors.com with full and correct information is grounds for immediate termination of OCBachelors.com membership and all rights and privileges granted to members. OCBachelors.com reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership without prior notice for any violation of this agreement or other rules as posted on the OCBachelors.com site or for any other reason OCBachelors.com deems necessary to protect the health and vitality of the OCBachelors.com community.

Either you or OCBachelors.com may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, effective upon e-mail notification.

You may not transfer your membership to a third party nor allow any other party to gain access to OCBachelors.com through use of your handle (user name) and password.

As a member, you agree to abide by all rules of conduct, such as:

You are solely responsible for the content or information you post or publish on OCBachelors.com or otherwise cause to be transmitted to other OCBachelors.com members.

You will not post on the OCBachelors.com, or transmit to other OCBachelors.com members or staff, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity).

Explicitly sexual material in not permitted. Posting of sexually explicit material is grounds for immediate termination of your membership.

You will use OCBachelors.com in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

OCBachelors.com reserves the right, but does not have an obligation, to remove and/or delete any material it deems in appropriate to the service. This includes information posted in any section of OCBachelors.com, such as in forums or in personal profiles. You will not under any circumstance post sexually explicit or sexually revealing, including any form of nudity, photos in your personal profile.

You will not transmit or cause to be transmitted to any OCBachelors.com member any advertising of any sort, any chain letters, any virus warnings or any sort of junk e-mail.

Your OCBachelors.com e-mail account is to be used exclusively for non-commercial communication. You are not limited to using it for only OCBachelors.com-related communication; however, you may only use your account for personal communication. You may not use your account for any sort of bulk e-mailing whether of a commercial or personal nature. Bulk e-mailing means any e-mail containing duplicate content that is sent to more than one person.

You will not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other OCBachelors.com members. OCBachelors.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members.

INDEMNITY BY MEMBER. You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OCBachelors.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of OCBachelors.com, including any breach by you of the terms of this agreement.

ONLINE CONTENT. Opinions, advice, statements, offers, or other information or content made available through OCBachelors.com are those of their respective authors and not of OCBachelors.com or its staff and should not necessarily be relied upon. Such authors are solely responsible for such content. OCBachelors.com does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information found on or distributed through OCBachelors.com. OCBachelors.com cannot be held responsible by you or any third party for any loss, damage, defamation or other harm caused by or resulting from reliance upon or use of information or content found on, transmitted through or otherwise related to OCBachelors.com or its members.

OCBachelors.com is not responsible for the use of any personal information that you may choose to disclose on OCBachelors.com of your own free will. OCBachelors.com reserves the right, though not the obligation, to act upon violations of this terms of service that arise out of use of your private e-mail account if parties who receive communication from you notify OCBachelors.com of such violations. Be aware that parties you send e-mail to may notify OCBachelors.com of any violation of this agreement and share with OCBachelors.com staff and management a complete copy of any e-mail you transmitted to that party and that OCBachelors.com has a right to read and review such e-mail and act as it deems appropriate according to its sole discretion.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS. OCBachelors.com owns and retains other proprietary rights to OCBachelors.com. The service contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information and its licensors. In addition, other Members may post copyrighted information, which has copyright protection whether or not it is identified as copyrighted. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given permission, you will not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information. You will not transmit or cause to transmit information about other OCBachelors.com members, their postings, writings or other related material to any outside party without express written permission of OCBachelors.com or the individual member responsible for the posting, information or writing. By posting information, a photograph or content to any public area of OCBachelors.com, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to OCBachelors.com an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.

INFORMATION SUPPLIED BY MEMBER. By joining OCBachelors.com, you hereby authorize OCBachelors.com to provide your member information to our strategic partners for marketing purposes. OCBachelors.com.com will keep confidential all credit card number(s), and shall use or disclose that information for purposes in which such information was collected, or as required by law.

COMPLAINTS. To resolve a complaint regarding OCBachelors.com, you should first contact OCBachelors.com customer service through the feedback form found on the OCBachelors.com.com Web site.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. OCBachelors.com PROVIDES THE OCBachelors.com.com SERVICE ON AN "AS IS" BASIS AND GRANTS NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, IN ANY COMMUNICATION WITH OCBachelors.com OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES, OR OTHERWISE WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE. OCBachelors.com SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. OCBachelors.com does not warrant that your use of the OCBachelors.com.com will be secure, uninterrupted, always available, or error-free, or will meet your requirements, or that any defects in the Service will be corrected.

OCBachelors.com DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR, AND NO WARRANTY IS MADE WITH RESPECT TO, TELEPHONE SERVICE, INCLUDING COVERAGE, RANGE OR ANY INTERRUPTION IN TELEPHONE SERVICE. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT WILL OCBachelors.com BE LIABLE (i) TO YOU FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROGRAMS, COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE OCBachelors.com.com, EVEN IF OCBachelors.com OR ITS AGENTS OR REPRESENTATIVES KNOW OR HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR (ii) TO ANY PERSON OTHER THAN YOU. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, OCBachelors.com's LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO OCBachelors.com.com FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TERM OF MEMBERSHIP. IN ADDITION, OCBachelors.com DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, FOR THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF OTHER MEMBERS OR USERS (INCLUDING UNAUTHORIZED USERS, OR "HACKERS") OF OCBachelors.com.

STATE-BY-STATE VARIATIONS. Certain jurisdictions limit the applicability of warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability so the above disclaimers of warranty and limitations of liability may not apply to you.

GENERAL PROVISIONS. This Agreement is entered into in Orange County, California. You agree that California law (regardless of conflicts of law principles) shall govern this agreement, and that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the federal and state courts in Orange County, California. This agreement, accepted upon registering for the OCBachelors.com service, contains the entire agreement between you and OCBachelors.com regarding the use of the service. This agreement may only be amended upon notice by OCBachelors.com to you, or by a writing signed by you and an authorized official of OCBachelors.com. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the terms will survive termination of your membership to the service. If any provision of this agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
